Why clients choose BrandingAIM
01
“Will you understand what I do?”
BrandingAIM works specifically with farmers, winemakers, ranchers, and artisan food producers. Not with tech startups. Not with corporate clients. The work is built around the world of people who grow, raise, and make things — so the conversations start from understanding, not explanation.
02
“Will it actually look like me, or like a template?”
Every project starts with analysis — understanding what is already true about the producer, the product, and the people it is meant for. The visual identity and website that come out of that process are built on those specific findings. Not on trends. Not on what worked for someone else.
03
“Is this going to be chaotic and stressful?”
The process is structured and calm. There are no open-ended briefs, no chasing for feedback, no surprise pivots. Every step is explained before it starts. Most clients say the thing that surprised them most was how straightforward it felt.
The story behind BrandingAIM
There is a particular frustration that comes from watching something exceptional go unnoticed.
A winery producing bottles that belong on the finest tables — still unknown beyond the valley because what the world finds online looks nothing like what is actually in the glass. A family farm with three generations of knowledge in the soil, represented by a website that could belong to anyone.
That gap is not a design problem. It is a trust problem. And it starts long before the website.
And sometimes the problem is not invisibility. It is chaos.
Consider the ranch running at full capacity — losing precious, scarce free time to managing bookings arriving by WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, email, and two platforms that do not speak to each other. All answered manually. All eating into the hours that should have been free.
Not because the owner is disorganised. Because no one ever built them a system.
A brand that only looks right is only half finished.
Emma Bricalli — Founder
I live in the Swiss mountains, where the view from my window is a pasture and the nearest neighbours keep horses and goats. Living here — among people who work the land, for the land, through hard seasons and scarce free time — made both of these frustrations impossible to ignore. It is not empathy from a distance. It is understanding from the inside. And it is what sharpened, over time, exactly what this studio needed to be.
That is what BrandingAIM is built around. A brand that works is not only one that looks right. It is one that functions — that brings the right people in and gives the producer the structure to receive them properly.
What we believe
Truth over appearance.
A brand that does not reflect something real about the people behind it will not hold. We start every project by finding what is already true — and building everything from there.
Land and roots.
The producers we work with do not need to be made to look like something they are not. They need the world to finally see what they already are. That is a different brief — and it requires a different kind of attention.
Community over transaction.
A client is not a project. The work we do together becomes part of how they present themselves to the world for years. That deserves more than a handoff and an invoice.
Systems, not just surfaces.
A beautiful brand that creates chaos behind the scenes is an unfinished job. We build with the whole picture in mind — the identity, the website, and the booking and management structure that makes it possible to actually handle what a strong brand attracts.
The mission
To build a studio where every piece of work reflects something true — and where the result does not just look right, but works for the people behind it.
We do not offer packages. We offer attention.
If you make something worth being seen clearly, this is where that starts.
