Analyze · Implement · Magnify

A clear process, from the first conversation to the last file delivered.

Every project follows three phases — built so the thinking is complete before the visual work begins.

Analyze

Before anything is drawn or written, we find the one true thing your brand must express.

This phase is a structured conversation. The studio sends a set of questions about your product, your buyers, and what makes what you grow or make different from everything else available. Where needed, a follow-up call goes deeper.

What you bring is your time and your honesty. What comes out is a written positioning document — a clear statement of what your brand is, who it is for, and what makes it worth choosing over everything else. Nothing visual begins until you have approved it.

— In practice

Without analysis, every subsequent decision is a guess. With it, every subsequent decision is obvious.

Implement

With the positioning confirmed, every visual decision is made from what the analysis found — not from trends, not from what worked for someone else.

Logo, colour system, typography, and brand guidelines — each one built from your specific findings. If the project includes a website, it is designed and coded in this phase, built to carry the brand system it comes from.

You give feedback at defined review points. There are no open-ended revision rounds. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

— In practice

The visual system that comes out of this phase is not just designed. It is decided — with a reason behind every choice.

Magnify

When the brand is live, it begins earning trust in the world — quietly, consistently, without requiring your constant attention.

A brand built on honest analysis and expressed with clarity does not need to shout. It draws the right buyers, the right importers, the right guests — because it is specific enough to be exactly what they have been looking for.

After delivery, BrandingAIM provides a handover session and guidelines you can actually follow. For the first weeks after launch, the studio is available for questions. The system you receive is built to last — not something that needs to be redesigned in two years.

— In practice

The producers who get the foundation right stop losing buyers to competitors who simply look the part. They stop being invisible to the people who matter.

What working together looks like

01

First conversation

A free call with no agenda and no commitment. We ask about your product, your buyers, and what you are hoping to build. You ask anything you want about the process. If there is a fit, we move forward.

02

Written proposal

Within a few days, you receive a written proposal: what the project includes, how long it will take, and what it costs. Nothing ambiguous. No hidden scope.

03

Analysis & strategy

The project begins with the Analyze phase. The studio sends a structured set of questions and, where needed, schedules a follow-up call. The output is a written positioning document you approve before anything visual begins.

04

Brand identity

Once the strategy is approved, the visual work begins. Logo, colours, typography — built from the strategy, presented at defined review points. You give feedback. Revisions are made. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

05

Website

The site is designed and coded from the approved brand system. You review the full design before development begins. After build, you review again before launch.

06

Handover

Every file, font, and guideline is delivered in an organised, labelled package. A handover session walks you through everything. For the first weeks after delivery, the studio is available for questions.

Most projects run between 6 and 12 weeks, depending on scope. You will always know where things stand.

If this is the kind of process you have been looking for, the first step is a conversation.
